Breaking through in the world of digital banking is tough. With so many competitors, it's no wonder people are more likely to get divorced than to change banks.
The key to delivering a successful product is having a strong USP, and a product that people want to use. That's why when Virgin Money reached out for their LifeStart challenge, I was eager to put together a strong proposal for their next generation mobile banking platform.
Ultimately, my challenge submission ended up being among the winners of the competition, with Virgin Money's Director of Future Banking having kind words to say.
